I share a new business partnership with Philip Cooper, Michelin Star Chef and Arno Marsman, Executive Operational Guru and together we will take the restaurant business by storm! Oh yes!
Coopers mission is to pass on invaluable experience and knowledge to those starting a restaurant or those who have teething problems in their restaurant business. Perhaps the restaurant is losing money, not getting repeat business, or any business for that matter. Coopers can solve all the problems. Fact.
We’ve all seen Gordon Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares right? Well this is exactly that, but with a bit more class and less swearing. Ahem.
My partners in crime have established themselves with the likes of Mark Hix, Marco Pierre White, Michel Roux Jnr and Raymond Blanc (I know!) and getting to the root of the problem is an ethos we all share. Analysis of all elements, from competitors, accounts and restaurant marketing, through to staff, the menu and the environment and layout, among other things. As a team, we guarantee we will pick up on things that restaurant owners haven’t even noticed and provide strategic expert vision, new culinary techniques and a world of experience whilst, of course, keeping spirits high in what is famously known as a stressful industry.
Hospitality is key and sometimes when you own a restaurant, pub or bar, you can’t see the wood through the trees. You know that classic situation when all your friends can see that your dating the wrong guy/girl but you can’t?
