Michelin Starred Chef Phil Cooper’s brief was to launch ‘a new foodie event’ in London. Online PR UK created and branded the event and established a skintight Event PR Strategy to include an exclusive press opening on The River Thames. The concept was simply to serve guests first class food on a boat using ingredients found only in the Thames estuaries. An exceptional list of national press and high profile bloggers were invited and documented this unique and successful occasion. Various PR was obtained, a selection of which is presented.
